Pet Grooming in Dwight, ON
We bring professional grooming to cottage country so your dog or cat looks great all year.
Grooming Between the Lakes
Dwight sits right where Highway 60 meets the lakes, and we know your pets spend plenty of time in the water. Sand, pine needles, lake muck - it all ends up in their coat. We handle the cleanup so you don't have to wrestle a wet dog in your cottage bathroom.
We're based in Huntsville and we've been grooming dogs and cats from Dwight for years. Whether you're up for the weekend or you live here full-time, we get the rhythm of cottage life. Our covers everything from deshedding to breed cuts, and we don't rush the process.
Your pet gets a proper bath, brush-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning. If they need a haircut, we do that too. We work with nervous dogs and cats who aren't fans of strangers - patience is part of the job.
Year-Round Service for Dwight Pets
Cottage season means mud, burrs, and the occasional porcupine quill situation (we can't remove quills - that's a vet job - but we can clean up the mess afterward). Winter means matted undercoats and salt between the paw pads. We see it all and we know how to handle it.
Our Nail Trimming service is popular with older dogs who don't wear their nails down on pavement. If your cat's claws are shredding the furniture, we trim those too. Cat Grooming takes a gentler hand and we don't sedate - we just move at their pace.
Breed Cuts and Puppy Starts
Golden retrievers, labs, poodles, doodles - Dwight's got them all. If your dog needs a specific cut, we do that keeps them comfortable and looking sharp. Doodles especially need regular trims or they turn into one giant mat.
Got a new puppy? Start them young. Our appointments are short and positive so they learn that grooming isn't scary. A puppy who's comfortable on the table now will make your life easier for the next decade.
