How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1-3 weeks ahead, especially during spring and summer when everyone wants their dog groomed. If you need something sooner, give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. We offer cat grooming for long-haired breeds or cats who need help with matting, nail trims, or sanitary clips. Cats need a quieter environment, so we schedule them separately from our dog appointments.
What if my dog is anxious or nervous?
We work with anxious dogs all the time. We go slow, use lots of treats, and take breaks when needed. If your dog has specific triggers or fears, let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
A full groom usually takes 2-3 hours depending on your dog's size, coat type, and temperament. Nail trims and quick services are typically done in 20-30 minutes. We'll give you a pickup time when you drop off.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Just bring your dog. If they have a favorite treat or toy that helps them relax, feel free to bring that too. We provide everything else.
Do you offer mobile grooming?
Not at this time. All grooming happens at our Huntsville location where we have the right setup to keep your pet safe and comfortable.
